ACVILS / Telecommunications

Business Telecommunications Equipment Supply

Advice and equipment supply for voice and data connections between business locations. ACVILS helps define the equipment requirement and can coordinate installation or configuration by external contractors where agreed.

WHAT ACVILS PROVIDES

Connect your business locations.

ACVILS helps turn business voice and data requirements into an equipment specification. The engagement can cover a new office connection, a link between operational locations or replacement equipment at a service-provider hand-off.

Typical requirements

01Connecting offices and operational locations
02Carrier hand-off and transmission equipment
03Capacity requirements for business data traffic

Equipment and capabilities

  • Routers and interface equipment matched to the carrier hand-off
  • Transmission and connectivity equipment specified for the locations involved
  • Associated components and accessories identified in the agreed equipment schedule

How the engagement works

  1. Share the locations, existing provider services and required voice/data capacity.
  2. Confirm interfaces, site readiness and which responsibilities remain with the carrier or other service providers.
  3. Agree an equipment proposal and delivery arrangements; coordinate external installation and configuration only where commissioned.

Information to share

  • Identify each site and existing carrier connection.
  • Describe bandwidth, resilience and latency requirements.
  • Confirm interface compatibility and service-provider responsibilities.

Scope and agreed deliverables

An equipment requirement and supply proposal identifying site dependencies, provider interfaces and the agreed division of responsibilities. ACVILS is not presented as a carrier or licensed telecommunications operator.

Installation and system configuration are performed by external contractors where included in the engagement. The quotation or agreement identifies each party’s responsibilities, deliverables, delivery arrangements and support scope.

Carrier services, spectrum rights and regulated operator services are not part of the equipment supply proposition. Relevant provider responsibilities and implementation scope are identified in the agreement.
