Advice, sourcing and supply for business voice-over-IP equipment and related licensing requirements. Installation and configuration can be coordinated with external contractors under a defined scope.

WHAT ACVILS PROVIDES

Business voice, connected to your infrastructure.

ACVILS supports equipment and related licensing requirements for business IP telephony. The starting point is the existing voice platform, endpoints, calling requirements and the systems with which it must interoperate.

Typical requirements

01Office telephony equipment
02Contact-centre voice requirements
03Interconnection with existing voice systems

Equipment and capabilities

  • IP phones and compatible business voice endpoints
  • Voice gateway or interconnection equipment where required by the platform
  • Related software licences and entitlements, with edition and usage conditions identified

How the engagement works

  1. Describe users, endpoints, concurrent calls and the existing voice platform.
  2. Review platform compatibility, licence requirements and dependencies such as network capacity, power and provider connectivity.
  3. Agree supply and fulfilment responsibilities. External configuration, migration or testing is included only under an explicit scope.

Information to share

  • List users, concurrent calls and endpoint types.
  • Document existing telephony platforms and connectivity.
  • Clarify numbering, emergency calling and recording requirements with qualified providers.

Scope and agreed deliverables

A voice-equipment and licensing schedule with compatibility assumptions and fulfilment responsibilities stated. Numbering, carrier connectivity and emergency-calling arrangements are not automatically included.

Installation and system configuration are performed by external contractors where included in the engagement. The quotation or agreement identifies each party’s responsibilities, deliverables, delivery arrangements and support scope.

Telephony services, numbering and regulated call-routing services require the relevant providers. Equipment, licensing, implementation and support responsibilities are specified separately in the engagement.
